VAAD HAKEHILOS — SMS TEXT MESSAGING PRIVACY POLICY
This policy covers the Vaad Hakehilos text messaging program, used for customer support and two-way conversations with members of our community. It supplements our Website Privacy Policy and is written to satisfy wireless carrier and A2P 10DLC review requirements.
1. Program Description The Vaad Hakehilos SMS program allows individuals to text with Vaad Hakehilos for customer support and general two-way communication — for example, asking a question, following up on a request, or receiving a reply from our team. This is not a bulk marketing or advertising program.
2. How You Opt In You are enrolled in the SMS program only when you affirmatively opt in — for example, by entering your phone number and checking a consent box on the Site, by texting us first, or by providing verbal or written consent that we record. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of using any Vaad Hakehilos service.
When you opt in, we record the phone number provided, the date and time of consent, and the method of consent (for example, the web form used).

5. No Sharing of Mobile Information No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will never be shared with any third party, except as necessary to enable the SMS platform vendor we use to transmit messages on our behalf (an infrastructure provider, not a marketing partner), or as required by law.
6. Message Frequency & Fees Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan. Vaad Hakehilos does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
7. How to Opt Out You can cancel text messages at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you've been messaging with us. After you send "STOP," we will send you a one-time confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again. (Also recognized: UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT)
